We were in Colombo and the surrounding villages of Sri Lanka ministering the gospel to thousands of people. We were part of FAMM, For All Mankind Movement. Waymaker Church sent 11 people and a church in Houston, TX sent 5. We combined with them and divided up into teams of 3 people. Matt and I were with Ben Golson from Texas. Ben, his wife Taylor, and their 3 little girls are moving back to Sri Lanka in December to become full time missionaries there with FAMM. This organization is a reputable, actively growing group, committed to planting churches and sharing the gospel world wide, so please prayerfully consider supporting them.
Collectively, 601 people received Christ as their Savior. Nearly 2,000 compassion kits with hygiene items were distributed to this poverty stricken nation. Women saw Christ like love and were finally able to experience hope in the family of God.
It was such a pleasure to serve, to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and to make new friends that I'll have for a lifetime, both through Waymaker and our translators in Sri Lanka.

FAMM is an outstanding organization and prepares you very well. I don't consider myself to be an evangelist, but I felt very confident sharing because of the preparation they provided. I also felt very safe under Sean Mill's leadership. He obviously has done many trips and knows the ropes!!!
